RISLFLIX respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims and how users may file counter-notices.


1. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced or distributed on RISLFLIX without authorization, you (or your agent) may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work (title, URL, episode details).
  3. Proof of ownership (registration number, if applicable).
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a mistake (e.g., fair use), you may file a counter-notice with:

  1. Your contact details.
  2. A description of the removed content.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous.
  4. Your signature.

Upon receipt, RISLFLIX may forward the counter-notice to the original claimant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the content.


3. Repeat Infringers

RISLFLIX reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws (17 U.S.C. § 512(i)).
